This event - usually run as part of ESCAL8 - provides students with a unique opportunity to:

  • Hear talks about latest trends and threats in Cyber Security
  • Learn practical skills by participating in workshops prepared by Google experts in Cyber Security
  • Network, meet and chat with professional CTF players, Bug hunters and security professionals from all over the world.

In past events alumni from this program have benefited also from an alumni network as well as an ongoing mentorship program, providing participants with a regular 1:1 session with a Googler to talk about anything and everything that may be on their mind.

At init.g() we believe that security can be hard to get in to and providing a stepping stone and a look into the wide and wonderful world of Cyber Security is an important part of developing the next generation of security experts and professionals who’ll be at the forefront of all things Cyber Security in the near future.
